Use scraps of fabric and plain black cotton to build a jewel-toned textile mosaic.

During the workshop, you will create a small 12-inch square panel that can become a cushion cover, tote bag, table runner, wall hanging, or part of a larger textile piece.

Explore fabric, thread and mark-making through a series of connected stitch sketches.

Working with linen or loose-weave cotton, you will learn how to design and fill a small piece of cloth, build a connected series, and begin turning a set of pages into a finished cloth journal.
